NOVAFORTRESS, drawn as a data centre
Every rack below is a container running on the NAS that serves this site. Every person is an AI coding agent I work with. An Operator at a NOC console is one of my Claude Code sessions. When it hands out part of the work, a technician badges in for just that job, such as a Researcher, a Coder, a Tester or a Reviewer. They walk to the room that matches the job: the tape library to read, staging to write and test code, the change board for reviews, and the loading dock when something ships.
Tap a technician to zoom in and follow them. Thermal shows where the work has been happening.

How it gets its data
The racks follow a read-only feed from the NAS. It carries each container's state and a short list of events, such as deploys and backups. Container names are swapped for the generic labels you see before anything leaves the box. No ports, addresses or logs.
The technicians follow Claude Code, the AI coding tool I work with. Every step it takes is reported to a small collector on the NAS, which strips out everything private: prompts, file names, commands and project names. This page only learns which kind of agent went to which room.
A technician only shows up when a session really hands the work to a subagent of that kind. When an Operator does the work itself, it walks to the rooms on its own. When a session sends steps faster than anyone could walk them, the floor skips the quick ones in between and says so in the log, rather than making anyone run.
Until the NAS answers, each feed plays example events instead, and the labels above the floor plan say so. Once a feed is live it never goes back to examples. If the NAS drops off, the label says the feed is unreachable and the floor keeps the last state it knew.
