Welcome to NovaFortress
Welcome to my new digital workspace. This is where I document my network engineering projects, homelab infrastructure, and web development journey.
Welcome to my digital space!
Hi, I'm Aniq Najmuddin. Welcome to the official launch of my personal portfolio website.
As a Computer Science student specializing in Network Engineering, I spend a lot of my time building, configuring, and occasionally breaking network infrastructures. I built this site to serve as a central hub to document my technical experiments, showcase my homelab setup, and share my latest projects.
What's running under the hood?
If you are wondering how this site is hosted, it is running directly from my personal home server environment, NovaFortress.
Instead of traditional cloud hosting, this entire stack-including the Postgres database, Node backend, and Next.js frontend is containerized using Docker and hosted on my Ugreen DXP4800 Plus NAS. The traffic is securely routed out to the web using Cloudflare Tunnels.
What to expect on this blog
I plan to use this space to share technical deep dives, deployment guides, and updates on my current studies. You can expect future posts covering:
- Self-hosting and Docker container orchestration
- Network topology design and hardware setups
- Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) frameworks using OpenZiti
- Full-stack web development with Next.js and Laravel
Feel free to browse the portfolio sections to see some of my past work, from custom API integrations to open-source C++ graphics engines.
Thanks for dropping by!
